HOW MANY TERRACED HOMES ARE THERE?
Regatta Bay consists of 37 freehold terraced homes that are currently under construction and due for completion late 2024.
WHAT LAYOUTS ARE AVAILABLE IN REGATTA BAY?
A variety of two and four-bedroom homes with 1 bathroom plus toilet up to three bathrooms (including ensuite). 11 units have their own exclusive car parking with plenty of on-street parking available.

IS REGATTA BAY FREEHOLD?
Yes, Regatta Bay townhouses are on a fee-simple (freehold) title, with the security of annual maintenance fees payable to ensure a sustainable and well-maintained development.

WHAT ARE THE OWNERSHIP COSTS?
Auckland Council rates apply, along with a Residents’ Society levy (maintenance fees) of around $1514.29 per annum including House and Common Ground insurance.

HOW CAN I BUY OFF THE PLANS?
A $10,000 deposit secures your new home at Regatta Bay. The balance of the purchase price is paid on settlement.

Construction of Regatta Bay is nearing completion with an indication from the developer that these townhouses should be ready to move into by end of July and end of September 2024.
